“Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulez!”
The Mardi Gras Collection was created to honor the rich and colorful traditions of the Gulf Coast. These elaborate, hand-stitched pieces make use of the symbolic greens, golds and purples found throughout Mardi Gras festivities. The pieces were created using crystals, seed beads, gemstones, and dichroic glass and are backed with velvet.
Charoite Beaded Necklace, from the Mardi Gras Collection
Made with over 800 crystals and taking 4 months to complete, this piece includes a variety of Miyuki delica beads and glass beads and is completed by long handmade fringe made entirely of crystals, which showcase the naturally occurring purple of the charoite stone.
